Message: I'm not sure about the negative reviews, but I've been coming to this store for years & have always had a great experience and have been helped by all employees. I feel as if covid has created an angry society:( It's interesting that people will have great experiences somewhere for years but will only choose to review the one bad experience! ? If you want big box corporate, well, you know where to go, but if you want personalized care and 1 on 1 help with any health questions that you may have then this is the place to go! They genuinely care and are actually very informative.

Message: Very good selection of herbs and essential oils. I have seen herbs on the shelves that I have not seen in years in other areas. If you are looking for herbs this is the place to go. Prices are reasonable.

Message: I come to this location and the Lombard one frequently, but this one is my favorite. The staff is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They have a great selection of gluten free snacks and I love their smoothies! Please disregard the recent negative review. That lady doesn’t know what she’s talking about. I’ve been coming here well over two years and they haven’t had a new employee since like beginning of last year. Not to mention, everyone is super nice and they know WAY more than other supplement stores I’ve been to. Can’t recommend them enough. ☺️.
