Message: This Jewel is our family's favorite neighborhood grocery store. It's local, clean, always stocked and the staff is awesome. They're knowledgeable about where things are located in the store. Also, the bakery, deli, and kitchen are amazing! The bread loaves are fresh and better than the other grocery stores in the area. Cheep Chicken Mondays are a hit! The fried and grilled chicken are a delicious option when the wife and I need a quick protein for dinner. Did I mention they're open till midnight??.

Message: Just did a little shopping here and was pleasantly surprised with the new displays in the store for Ramadan. They were absolutely beautiful and made it easy to locate ingredients often used in traditional middle eastern cooking. The project managers seemed to be giving the crew members an overview on the displays while I was there and I was delighted to hear how knowledgeable they were about Ramadan. It was also nice to see that part of the crew presenting to the team members were Muslim themselves. It is significant that when underrepresented peoples are finally gaining positive representation, that they are also being represented by their own people. Message: Update Fri November 4 2022: lotsa after Halloween/pre-thanksgiving sales for this weekend. update on Saturday June 18 2022: people no longer need to wear a mask while entering and walking inside Jewel, however I still do wear it while I'm inside. Update: People are still walking into Jewel-Osco without their masks, and unfortunately Jewel-Osco still doesn't do anything to enforce people not wearing masks, especially when the omicron variant is 10 times more contagious than delta. Jewel-Osco shame on you still!
